We are currently negotiating with Cigna and Medicaid to provide services as in-network providers. While we do not currently bill other insurances directly, we can provide our clients with a monthly statement, which they may submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement based on their insurer's policies.
If you would like to use your out of network insurance, we recommend contacting the member services number on your insurance card and asking about your out-of-network mental health benefits (our providers are all Licensed Clinical Social Workers). Be sure to ask about the deductible, the rate of reimbursement, and any limitation on the number of sessions.
In some cases, we are able to offer any of our services on a sliding fee scale as assessed based on verification of income. Please call (773) 334-3533 to request an application for sliding scale.
